Returns Policy

All sales are final.  Items are not eligible for returns.  Our electrical and alpha items are warrantied for one year.  The device must be in its original condition to be eligible for replacement or repair under the warranty.


Cancellation Policy

All orders are subject to a cancellation fee. Alpha orders will be assessed a 50% restocking fee of the total order value. All other orders will be assessed a 25% restocking fee of the total order value.


Shipping

Amstat website orders ship to the United States only.  To place an international order, please call or email us.  All web orders ship UPS ground or USPS priority.  Addresses must be a street address.  No PO boxes.
