1. Terms
By accessing Amstat.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Amstat Industries. No order or contract shall be deemed accepted unless and until such acceptance is made in writing by seller.
2. Prices and Specifications
Prices, quotations, specifications and other terms and all statements appearing in the seller’s catalogs, sales literature and advertisements, and otherwise made by the seller, are subject to change without notice. Seller reserves the right to make changes in design at any time without incurring any obligation to provide same on units previously purchased or to continue to supply discontinued items. No variations of terms and conditions of sale proposed by the customer shall be effective unless specifically agreed upon, by seller, in writing.
3. Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are made F.O.B. Chicago or Grand Island N.Y. The seller’s products are packaged in accordance with all established regulations applicable to the shipment of radioactive materials. No responsibility is assumed by the seller for delay, breakage, or damage after having made the delivery in good order to the carrier. All claims for breakage or damage should be made to the carrier by consignee, but seller will be glad to render all possible assistance.
Delivery promise is based on seller’s best estimate of the date equipment will be shipped from factory, and seller assumes no responsibility for losses, damages, or consequential damages due to delays. In event seller’s operations are curtailed, stopped or interfered with by incidents of strikes, labor trouble, governmental rules and regulations or other causes beyond seller’s control, the delivery date is postponable at seller’s option.
4. Cancellation of Orders
Orders which have been accepted by Orders which have been accepted by seller cannot be canceled by the customer unless the customer agrees in writing to bear all costs incurred by seller up to the time of cancellation.
5. Refusal of Shipment
In case of refusal or inability of customer to accept any shipment in accordance with the terms of the order, the customer shall be held liable for freight, express, storage, extra cost of handling, and all other incidental expenses.
5. Website Revisions and Links
The materials appearing on Amstat's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Amstat may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Amstat does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. Amstat Industries has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Plant Therapy of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
6. Product Warranty
Amstat covers products under the manufacturers warranty. This varies by product and does not cover installation or if the product has any modifications due to mounting.
