The customer service rep. do a great job reminding us with we need to renew our material with them. I like how the tell us our old purchase order numbers because some of them are a year old and it would be hard to find the correct purchase order. I really appreciate the reminders that devices are coming due for replacement, even though I know it doesn't hurt AMSTAT any either. The people are always very helpful and friendly. My devices arrive as quickly as possible. Great service!
